Fred and Barney are in Fred's auto, crossing the New George Washingstone Toll Bridge, when they come across a hippie-like but debonair, bespectacled guy of the loafing job with a rock strategically tied close to his neck. Conversing with his chief, the Great Gazam, by means of Fred's television, Gazoo learns that his exile remains successful and that he should carry on to do very good deeds for Fred and Barney.
