Fledglings can be killed by bobcats, lynx, and coyotes, particularly when weakened by food items scarcity or ailment. Nestlings and fledglings are at periods killed by their parents (hardly ever) and by older siblings (cannibalism or siblicide), particularly throughout periods of prey lack.
