Ye will discover other folks who drive that they need to have stability from you, and stability from their individual people. If they hold not aloof from you nor present you peace nor hold their arms, then choose them and destroy them where ever ye locate them. So, if they maintain aloof from you and wage not war versus you and offer you peace, Allah alloweth you no way against them.
