CSUN was also rated 10th nationally and 4th in California in the amount of money of master's levels awarded to Hispanics. CSUN also has a high sum of research activity for a master's stage university. In 2019, the college been given $3 million from NASA to create the NASA Autonomy Research Center for STEAHM. The library also maintains its very own AS/RS (Automated Storage and Retrieval System) with the capability of 1.7 million volumes.
