Using the findings from this paper, researchers can develop specialised tools and methods to particularly goal the more problematic bug varieties. The underlying concept is that an agent learning a neural network for a target job can reuse data selectively from existing neural modules (supply networks) while simultaneously creating new construction distinctive to a goal task.
