Public Transphere is a free community transportation services for travellers from different pieces of the metropolis. Public Transphere is the thesis task of Arzu Ozkal Telhan, an MFA prospect in the Art Department at University at Buffalo. Public Transphere will be a two-working day general public function, having position in a van touring a few Buffalo neighborhoods: Allentown, the Buffalo Niagara Medical Campus and the Fruit Belt.
