The final episode "Endgame" has a comparable premise - the Bad Future is only so from Janeway's point of view. In an episode where the crew is unwillingly and unknowingly experimented on by an alien species, Janeway's aggression and irrationality is improved considerably. At just one point she tells Tuvok to harshly punish various crew associates for pretty minor matters.
