Mr Kundra was arrested from his home - a sprawling bungalow in the town of Mumbai - on twenty July. Investigators say they are also looking into a Uk-based mostly firm identified as Kenrin - they claim that Mr Kundra marketed a pornography application named Hot Shots to Kenrin to bypass scrutiny beneath Indian law.
