Kimberly Jean Davis (née Bailey born September 17, 1965) is a previous county clerk for Rowan County, Kentucky, who gained global awareness in August 2015 when she defied a U.S. Judge Bunning purchased Davis and her six deputy clerks to seem prior to him on September three following the six couples sought to have her held in contempt of courtroom. Many harmless men and women have been killed in that situation.
