Natick is a smaller town, and thus, the different sections of tract advancement homes are regarded as neighborhoods. Housing builders like Martin Cerel lived in South Natick, and so refrained from building significant tract neighborhoods in this aspect of town. One of the earliest publish World War II developments in West Natick, the homes are colonial in model, with road names reminiscent of the Robin Hood legend.
