In September 1986, the Operations 2A and 2B structures, each copper-shielded to protect against eavesdropping, opened with a commitment by President Ronald Reagan. NSA decided to shift some of its operations to a new satellite facility. The OPS2A building, the tallest creating in the NSA advanced and the place of a lot of the agency's operations directorate, is obtainable from the customer heart.
