In Season 6, she tried to get custody of Annie and Connor since she imagined Sean and Julia could not deal with it and were not deserving of staying dad and mom (which is a lot more than a little genuine). She and Sean experienced a transient affair, right until she revealed her legitimate madness and possessiveness.
