The 2013 Argentinian movie Sonno Profondo is a contemporary tribute to the style. In 1956, distributor Joseph E. Levine financed the capturing of new footage with American actor Raymond Burr that was edited into the Japanese sci-fi horror movie Godzilla. Besides pornographic movies, a variety of mainstream movies have integrated sexual fantasy scenes, these as Business Is Business (1971), Amarcord (1973), American Beauty (1999) and many others.
