In March 2015, the Parliamentary Office of Science and Technology unveiled a briefing which stated that "There is widespread arrangement that banning on the web anonymity programs entirely is not noticed as an acceptable coverage selection in the U.K." and that "Even if it ended up, there would be complex challenges.
