Le Fabuleux Destin d'Amélie Poulain is about a female trying to make her neighbors' life improved by having a yard gnome from a person of them and having images of it vacationing about the world, tricking an abusive greengrocer into considering he's insane, and escorting a blind person to a train station offering him vivid descriptions of the environment.
