What matters is not what situations give rise to the dynamics of source and demand - why some folks need to sell their labour though some others buy it - but only that each customer and vendor have agreed to the transfer. And they are correct to say that what sexual intercourse employees have to have are legal and product protections, basic safety and security, not rescue or rehabilitation.
