Changeling Red from the Superheroes concept is a shapeshifting supervillainess whose card art depicts her pulling a Kill and Replace and who mocks the forces of excellent in a really card-carrying way. But he is also unwittingly contradicted his evilness at moments serving to his enemies as an excuse to get his way.
