The special look and feel of Tokyo-03 was strongly influenced by the simple fact that in 1994 GAiNAX relocated their office environment to the town of Mitaka (3 Eagles) which gave them a new ecosystem to visualized the world of Evangelion. Although I feel most or all of them were invented by Pulitzer, they feel someplace among commonplace sayings that are so true that they are trite and trolley problem-ass queries from an ethics course.
