Gail Holloway (Christine Estabrook) is Joan's mom, who arrives to remain with Joan following Joan's son Kevin is born. Later, in Little Britain Abroad, following eventually finding married, they go on a honeymoon to Belgium, where by they remain with Dudley's brother, who has married a wonderful Russian bride called Ivanka (which is basically not a Russian supplied title) who claims to be eighteen yrs old.
