We sailed then for 3 times along the Gulf of Satalia and reached the island of Cyprus, passing above in opposition to a city known as Paphos, now uninhabited by purpose of poor air and water, and considering that it is not the custom made for the pilgrims for Jerusalem to disembark in the island on the outward journey, I am not able in this place to relate additional regarding it, but afterwards I will speak of it. My memory's not so bad.
