Tests have been provided to a variety of Korean law enforcement and navy staff to evaluate candidates strengths and weaknesses working with a "Personality Assessment System." The CIA also right away dispatched interrogators (cf., torturers) to Korea, initially doing the job at the recently established joint KCIA-USCIA interrogation centre in Yon Don Tho outside Seoul.
