With their next album, "Shout at the Devil," Mötley Crüle introduced the Sunset Strip scene to the environment, commencing a long string of anthemic lousy-boy singles with "Shout at the Devil" and "Looks That Kill." With achievements came women, prescription drugs and self-destruction. Yet in some way Mitchell finds new and inventive visual methods to keep the bitchily sardonic humor that came from Hedwig’s musings onstage.
