This medication is used to control nausea and vomiting. It is also used to treat severe cancer chemotherapy-induced nausea and vomiting. Zofran is for use only if nausea and vomiting are caused by cancer chemotherapy such as Cisplatin or other drugs given by your doctor to treat cancer.
