A perfectly-identified case in point of an unofficial video is just one built for Danger Mouse's unlawful mashup from his The Grey Album, of the Jay-Z monitor "Encore" with tunes sampled from the Beatles' White Album, in which live performance footage of the Beatles is remixed with footage of Jay-Z and hip-hop dancers.
