The executioner bails on the proceedings when he refuses to dangle a girl, so two neighborhood officers shoddily do it rather, leaving her to choke to loss of life when hanging alternatively than owning her neck snapped as intended. Walters was sentenced to loss of life, and in December 2012, her dying sentence was commuted to everyday living in jail without the likelihood of parole.
