A evaluation of agent parameters for purposes of electricity beaming reveals that, for orbit-associated missions, the slew rates are substantial, so the observation time of the beam leakage is far too limited, ≲ one next. See reference 8 for a evaluation of electricity beaming thought reports. All-sky surveys in equally the microwave and laser could detect much more electricity beam leakages. Spacecraft would go by the beam much more quickly.
