Raya (Kelly Marie Tran), after a youthful tragedy leaves her father (Daniel Dae Kim) turned to stone and her land fractured, should hop from group to neighborhood-accumulating up the parts of a magical gem and new quirky workforce members-so that Sisu (Awkwafina), the past dragon, can depetrify absolutely everyone and put the entire world appropriate. After all, this kind of powerful wishes and magic need to arrive with a catch.
