It's okay for her to rape torture & murder other people's kids but in some way modern society owes hers safety? She is totally free to roam free of charge in society now I accept it, but that does not necessarily mean I have to like it. You know what I suggest. Please, for the sake of her young ones, keep an eagle eye on her and enable everyone all around her know who she is, and the hazard she presents to all children and teens.
