As revealed in Figure 5, the higher phenolic sorghum bran extract substantially greater the phosphorylation of H2AX in a dose-dependent manner in HCT15, SW480, and HCT116 cells. Our effects confirmed that remedy with the extract suppressed cell proliferation in a dose- and time-dependent fashion in all four cell strains (Figures 1(a)-1(d)).
