As shown in Figure 5, the significant phenolic sorghum bran extract noticeably improved the phosphorylation of H2AX in a dose-dependent manner in HCT15, SW480, and HCT116 cells. Our success confirmed that remedy with the extract suppressed mobile proliferation in a dose- and time-dependent way in all 4 mobile traces (Figures 1(a)-1(d)).
