On 30 September 2017 all over thirty activists, journalists, jurists, citizens acting in solidarity, associates of NGOs and associations achieved in Milan to established up the Observatory which the 'Milan Charter: solidarity is not a crime' proposed in its document launched on 20 May 2017 throughout the demonstration 'Together with out any walls', to safeguard the honour, independence and rights of civil culture in all its humanitarian.
