Rich was indicted on all 3 counts, sixteen November 2017, pleaded guilty to all 3 counts and was sentenced, one February 2018, to eighteen months suspended jail sentenced followed by two several years probation. He was sentenced, 8 July 2019, to 2.5 years in jail followed by five yrs of supervised release.
