After listening to hundreds of hrs of podcasts over the earlier several months ( The Minimalists Podcast is my favourite), and after looking at some practical textbooks ( 21 Lessons for the twenty first Century and Get Out of Your Own Way are my best two), and immediately after eight months of added remedy (many thanks John), right here are my thoughts on the make a difference.
