Before the knowledge can be ripped from her brain, Selina's captors (uncovered to be the Shrike and a new villain named the Sempai), are ultimately defeated by the other Sirens. The villain had also beforehand tortured Selina's sister Maggie by drilling out her husband's eyeballs and feeding them to Maggie, which drove her crazy.
