Her visit will become an imposition for Susan, as Sophie regularly flirts with strange males and attempts to established up double dates for her and Susan. Susan feels betrayed when Sophie does not volunteer to be her kidney donor on the other hand, Susan soon discovers that Sophie has breast most cancers and does not want Susan to know mainly because she is attempting to make up for decades of remaining self-centered.
