In just around a quarter of the faculties we visited, inspectors noted that governors had some kind of safeguarding teaching, despite the fact that it was not normally very clear that this provided specific instruction on unsafe sexual conduct. Inspectors seen comprehensive preparing in these universities that showed obvious illustrations of a powerful curriculum narrative.
