Jack later on describes that Billie had kept him hidden in the Empty till God left the Earth at which position it was safe and sound for Jack to be resurrected. Before departing, Billie claims Dean to "see you soon" and Rowena's magical assault on Billie is exposed to have exhausted her improved powers, probably to the position that they will in no way recuperate.
