Single wolves or mated pairs ordinarily have better success premiums in looking than do significant packs. This canid is genetically shut to the dhole and evolved following the divergence of the African looking pet dog from the other canid species. The common ancestor of the coyote and the wolf has admixed with a ghost population of an extinct unidentified canid.
