In 1993, Steinem co-created and narrated an Emmy Award-successful Tv documentary for HBO about boy or girl abuse, identified as, "Multiple Personalities: The Search for Deadly Memories". Also in 1993, she and Rosilyn Heller co-manufactured an original Tv film for Lifetime, "Better Off Dead," which examined the parallel forces that the two oppose abortion and assist the demise penalty.
