In accordance with these needs, EPA's commitments less than the PFAS Action Plan (USEPA, 2019a), and the procedure explained in this document, EPA is proposing monitoring for the unregulated contaminants shown in Exhibit 3 employing the specified techniques. EPA has used an Assessment Monitoring tier for seventy two contaminants and contaminant groups above the program of UCMR 1 through UCMR four.
