"POPIA" usually means the Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013 of the Republic of South Africa that empowers citizens with enforceable legal rights more than their private facts, needs websites, providers and organizations to stay up to minimum disorders for lawful processing, and establishes the Information Regulator to supervise and implement compliance with POPIA.
