This is the second time in 3 months that somebody in California has struck it massive playing Powerball.

The starting amount will now be $20 million and improve by an amount primarily based on present national sales.

Casey Winter, a neighborhood Idaho Firefighter, and his girlfriend, Josie Nelson, had been driving to a loved ones celebration Thursday night when they decided to scan their Powerball tickets from Monday night’s drawing.
