After witnessing his mother's murder and his brother's attempted murder, Mu-chi receives a knife and attacks the murderer. As a teenager, he regularly goes on damaging rampages/rebellions, these as stealing his mother's vehicle, sleeping about, using tobacco, ingesting, receiving 4 nose piercings, and other related behaviors, all just to spite his mom or just for the heck of it.
