Btw, in most states the statute of limitations is suspended when the scenario is submitted. There is no statute of limitations on a man or woman who has been convicted of a Felony but has fled justice. Is the lesson that the more time you evade justice the extra possible that you in no way have to post to it? What the heck is wrong with inquiring for input when you have a problem?
