In July 1993, Broadus was stopped for a targeted visitors violation and a firearm was observed by law enforcement through a lookup of his vehicle. He was arrested once more in October 2006 at Bob Hope Airport in Burbank after currently being stopped for a targeted traffic infraction he was arrested for possession of a firearm and for suspicion of transporting an unspecified total of cannabis, in accordance to a police statement.
