Liberty Christian Academy (LCA, founded as Lynchburg Christian Academy) is a Christian university in Lynchburg which was described in 1966 by the Lynchburg News as "a non-public school for white students". Santorum still left his non-public law exercise in 1990 just after his election to the House of Representatives. Civil Rights Act of 1964 signed into regulation by President Lyndon B. Johnson.
