On eighteen January 2017, Microsoft declared that it would no longer sustain the Windows Phone versions of Pocket Edition. On 19 December 2016, the total version of Minecraft: Pocket Edition was released on iOS, Android and Windows Phone. The only formally supported VR versions of Minecraft are the PlayStation four model, Minecraft: Gear VR Edition and Minecraft for Windows 10 for Oculus Rift and Windows Mixed Reality headsets.
