That logic has no relation to why thirty yr old siblings should really or shouldn't have young children. If a 15 yr outdated has sex with a fourteen yr outdated, the 15 12 months aged can be prosecuted as a sex offender, since the fourteen year aged is down below the age of consent, and consequently cannot legally give consent even to yet another slight. We also have reproductive rights, contraception, genetic counseling, etc.
