The Petitioner has not pointed to any distinct acts or testimony of his that would exhibit that he was not qualified in March 2008. Nor has he presented any proof that the use of the anti-depressant Lexapro, which he was using at the time of the plea hearings, would impair his capacity to comprehend the proceedings or render him incompetent.
