The Independent, a British newspaper, surveyed some homeless New Yorkers and uncovered that even though most of these homeless citizens used the kiosks for legitimate reasons (typically not to look through NSFW content), many of the interviewees ended up worried that LinkNYC may well eventually demand income to use the world-wide-web via the Links, or that the kiosks might be demolished entirely.
